redacpv provides an online group service platform focused on stress relief energy yoga, structured group sessions, facilitated interaction, and experience exchange. The platform is delivered digitally and is accessible to participants from any region. The specific features and scope of the service may change over time at the sole discretion of redacpv.
4. User Accounts
4.1 Account Registration
Access to certain features of the platform requires you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4.2 Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at contact@redacpv.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. redacpv will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account.

6. Group Sessions and Participation
6.1 Session Conduct
Participation in group sessions requires respectful and constructive engagement. All participants are expected to support a safe and inclusive environment. Disruptive behavior during sessions may result in removal from the session and suspension of platform access.
6.2 Session Recordings
Sessions may be recorded for quality assurance and participant review purposes. By joining a session, you consent to being recorded unless otherwise stated in the session description. Recordings remain the property of redacpv and must not be shared, distributed, or published by participants without prior written consent.
6.3 Health and Safety Disclaimer
The yoga and wellness content provided through this platform is intended for general informational and participatory purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice. You are solely responsible for assessing your own physical condition and consulting a qualified health professional before participating in any physical activity offered through the platform.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Platform Content
All content on the platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, video, audio, session materials, and software, is the property of redacpv or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without explicit written permission.
7.2 User-Submitted Content
By submitting content to the platform, including messages, feedback, or materials shared during sessions, you grant redacpv a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, display, and reproduce that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service. You retain ownership of your submitted content.
8. Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy. We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy regularly.
9. Payments and Refunds
