Stress relief through shared practice
Group yoga isn't a workaround for solo sessions — it's a fundamentally different kind of work, and that difference is the whole point.
What redacpv actually is
redacpv is a group online service built around stress-relief energy yoga — not as a fitness offering, but as a structured practice for people who carry tension they can't seem to put down.
The format is deliberate. Sessions run in small groups, guided by a facilitator who tracks both the collective rhythm and individual needs. Participants work at the same time, in the same energetic space, even across different cities. That shared presence changes how the practice lands.
Founded in 2024, the service emerged from a simple observation: most people know what to do for stress, but rarely do it alone. The group structure removes that barrier without adding social pressure.
Participants from across Egypt and beyond join the same sessions — same structure, same facilitator, same quality. Geography is not a variable we account for; it simply doesn't matter here.
The session structure
Each session follows a defined arc — not rigid, but consistent enough that participants know what to expect and can actually relax into it.
Arrival and grounding
The first 10 minutes are deliberately slow. Breathwork and light movement bring the group to a shared baseline — this is where scattered attention starts to settle.
Energy movement sequence
The core practice works through postures and flows designed specifically for stress held in the body — neck, shoulders, diaphragm, hips. The facilitator cues the group, not individuals.
Group exchange
A brief, optional round of sharing follows. Not therapy, not performance — just a few minutes where participants can name what they noticed. This is where the group dynamic earns its place.
Integration and close
The session ends with guided rest and a clear closing. Participants leave with a specific micro-practice to carry into the following days — one thing, not a list.
The people running sessions
Facilitators at redacpv are trained in both energy yoga methodology and group dynamics. The combination matters — holding a group online requires different skills than teaching in a room.
Layla Okonkwo
Lead Facilitator
Layla has worked with stress-pattern yoga for nine years, with a particular focus on how group breath synchrony affects individual nervous system response. She designs the session frameworks used across all redacpv programs.
Nadia Ferreira
Group Dynamics Specialist
Nadia's background is in facilitated group work rather than yoga specifically. She joined redacpv to develop the exchange and integration portions of sessions — the parts most services skip entirely.
Karim Abdallah
Energy Practice Instructor
Karim focuses on the movement sequences and brings a background in somatic work. He contributes to practitioner training and runs several of the weekly group sessions directly.
Soraya Belkacem
Participant Experience
Soraya handles onboarding, session scheduling, and the feedback loops that inform how sessions are adjusted over time. She is usually the first point of contact for new participants.
